My parents fled communism in Hong Kong. They did it to give me a life of freedom.

But I spent my early adult years feeling completely lost. I felt entitled, hollow, and insecure.

I tried to fill that void with worldly things, like drinking and partying. Of course, nothing worked.

That all changed in 2016. I was born again.

One fateful day at church, I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior.

I truly took Pastor Jeremy’s message to heart: True security can only be found in God.

I asked Christ to lead my life, and slowly, I began to transform. My old fear and insecurity started to fade.

From there, God showed His faithfulness in incredible ways.

When I trusted Him, my prior employer, Ford, paid 100% of my MBA tuition. 🎓

When I was about to give up on my career goals, He opened the perfect door for a promotion.

And after a decade of praying for a wife, He brought me Mimi. ❤️
